The Met Office uses an impact scale that balances intensity against likelihood, and with a very serious storm coming in off the Atlantic that seems appropriate for areas near it but not in its path.

			All the fencing around the still a building site part of our new estate has blown down. Just to the right of picture is a bus stop. Could have been dangerous had people been about. I didn't take the photo. Was by someone in the flats.
