On the eve of 2025 what are your plans?
Despite it being our 48th W/A today, we do not intend to stay up and bring in he new year. Are you having a party/going out/first footing etc? Have you any plans for tonight or for the next year?

Out to a family do. Mrs G was driving tonight but I've just been for a quick snooze and got up to find she's well on her way with the G&T's, so change of plan and I'm driving. I normally drive so I'm not too surprised.

I want to go on a diet as a new years resolution. This is something I've wanted to do since 2016 but I've never committed to a plan. I'm just thinking the last year went soo fast I'll be in 2026 before I know it which is ample time to shed weight. Also reading some of the posts on here of weight loss progress has me fired up. I just don't want false hope.

As I was on my own on NYE for the first time I was in bed just after 11pm.
Fireworks woke me up but soon fell back to sleep.
