Lamb bhuna, pilau rice and some chips.
I won't be able to breakdown this meal as my mum made it apart from the McCain fries blasted in the air fryer.

We had a nice Sino-Malay curry. The only spices are nutmeg and cloves but does use chillies for heat and flavoured with soy.

Thai food today. Spicy sirloin salad, pad thai and tempura prawns.
It was ok. It didn't blow me away. A bit disappointing.

Garlic herb king prawns with masala potatoes and rice
Prawns pre cooked I just put them top of the potatoes when everything was cooked to warm up. I used Shan fish mix to cook up some cubed potatoes. Fluffy garlic rice.
