yes the ads have become far too frequent and long, I just mute the sound and browse for a bit.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
My Dr surgery.
3 weeks ago i put in for my repeat dispensary med (6-months at a time), well guess what, they haven't bothered to do it, so as there phone system gets you no where I have to go out of my way and walk there to get them to do it now, and say "I don't care if they have to interrupt a Dr, I want to collect them now not tomorrow"
I thinks enough is enough and time to make an official complaint to the relevant people.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
I request my medication online either on the surgery website or NHS app. A month or so ago the website went down luckily I had the NHS app.

Ah yes the pharmacy, Kamsons, my prescription goes to via the doctors has free delivery. I use to walk for the exercise but now just get them to deliver.

Boots stopped this service here, citing "fuel and manpower costs".
Tesco has also stopped sending in our repeat requests to the GPs due to "problems with the surgery staff".
So I have to drop off the requests at the surgery where Tesco will collect them.
The NHS Wales app won't let me make an account as I don't have the mandatory proofs of identity.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
Got our weekly delivery from our local Superstore, only to find the ancient grain rolls were dated best before today's day. So I phoned up to protest they were out of date and was told these rolls are baked daily, so I asked how can they be best before if they haven't even been baked, I am getting a refund.

I do mine through Pharmacy2U. They generally take a few days, so always order a week in advance. They send the prescription via the NHS system to your doctor for approval, once approved they send you the meds via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. Been using this system for several years, no real issues.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
Our surgery uses a system called Patchs which enables the patient to order prescriptions as prev listed on the system online.
The doctor approves the medication prior to sending to inhouse pharmacy for subsequent delivery, usually within 3-5days.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
My Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 has bitten the dust after 4 and a half years.
Working Saturday and just nothing. Not worth the £200+ repair cost. May as well get a new one .

If you buy it today on Cyber Monday from Samsung site you may get a discount, shame you don't have a working tablet to trade in though.

I'd be getting via O2. Not wanting to or able to right now buy out right. I have a mobile data plan anyway I can upgrade on.
