The Hell's Kitchen channel change is in the pre-launch configuration.
Red Bull TV & VEVO '90s & '00s weren't removed completely, the slates were removed and the services were transferred to placeholder SIDs, so possibly "mothballed" for now but still under consideration for a future launch.

Fun fact:
The slate notifying viewers of the movement of That's Christmas is overdue for removal. TV360 viewers (not subscribed to TNT Sport) won't have seen the slate as Virgin TV forgot to update the subscription codes from the TNT Sport codes used the last time the slate was used. V6 viewers will have seen the slate thanks to a subscription code override flag.

The new Sky Sports + red button app has now been released to V6 TiVO boxes. The HD multi screen service can be accessed via the red button on channel 508 & 518.

Now Virgin just need to add a few more apps to the V6 to keep everyone happy.

The Sky Sports FAST channels are mainly the archive programmes they used to film the main channels when their premium content was much less.
They have been on SkyQ and Samsung tv kit for a while.
