Re: Possible Scam.
Possible is an understatement. I haven't got time personally but I do wonder where the conversation would end up if I did chase it

Re: Possible Scam.
Just look at the email address it come from.
O2 will come from O2 not mondialrelay.fr in France hahahaha
you left your email in the top portion too ( or maybe someone else's seeing as it was a mass send which is another scam sign~)

Re: Possible Scam.
For your information unless your technology is compromised I would say they have your details via legit call centers. They pass information around.
I had a legit Three support call some time ago. I remember being told to take the offer from a future sales call. That call came, they wanted all sorts of information. I just politely said I can't have the offer because I can't provide the information. The call ended with a simple bye.

Re: Possible Scam.
"Account Infos" LOL - big red flag right there, terrible English.
The whole thing is a classic scam, right from the large bold message with 2 exclamation marks (!!).
Btw, Did you leave your email address in the image ? [in the 'to' address at the top].

Yes, i've read about overseas call centres doing this in order to make extra money for themselves.
To be fair, in the case of Virgin, customer details were left unencrypted on the internet for months, so this is why scammers are contacting their customers. They appear to be legitimate as they have lots of data that is correct.

Re: Possible Scam.
If I want to contact Virgin, I do it from my end, any attempts by them to contact me will just be ignored.
