I totally understand that. I usually float around 9-9.5st. And I basically live in thermal tops. Even with the heating on at 23-24c avg, the slightest draught goes still through me. It's really hard to warm up or stay warm. I'm constantly shivering when I'm outside even when it's 15-18c out and everyone else is fine.
The other downside to being thin is that everything hurts a lot more. Sitting on anything not cushioned is torture, lol.

No haha dropped PIP due to better mobility
my moan a blooming puncture 10 miles into my morning bike ride. 5 mile walk home.
Time to shake things up anyway body used to cycling now so time to shock it. Will maintain cycling fitness with shorter local rides and hit the gym again. The shock will do my body good

Well done dropping pip when you didn't feel you qualified for it anymore, millions of people wouldn't have done that.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
The DWP are doing a review of my bank accounts since 2022.
They are more than happy to take money away from me when they screwed up my carers allowance back in 2023 and taking back the £252 they overpaid.
I ask what can I do as I'm paying out £250 more that the UC give me, they said speak to the providers.

According to Alexa there is no rain expected today only a 32% chance at 11am, but there is a flood warning.

We get flood warnings when the river levels rise much further up in the Welsh Valleys, despite having no rain down here.
We had one a few days ago, then the monitoring station went offline so we couldn't keep an eye on the levels.

It's what the weather has been doing in the last week with rivers, not today.
