Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
I'm sick of being stuck at home.I can't walk far at the moment. At the moment I try to walk up and down my street at least once a day but I really need to get out of the house but until I can walk further than that I'm stuck..
My garden is a wreck though not as bad as it was thanks to my immediate neighbour's work in removing a tree too near my house. My son has been made redundant and I can't see him getting another job any time soon or sorting out the garden.Though to be fair he is taking care of me and the housework in the meantime.
At least I can still manage to drive though how far I can walk after parking up is another issue.
Sorry for the moan but I need to vent. It's been a year since my husband passed away so I've not got anyone to moan at.

Companies that say they do AM and PM calls but when you ask for an AM call you are told it is up to 1PM . Grinds my gears. Not in my world mate AM ends at 11.59.59

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
TV Apps that use fonts that with sets smaller than about 50" you can't read what is on-screen without getting a couple of feet from it.
I've also noticed that what is on a phone screen in a TV film or drama can be part of the plot, but is totally unreadable unless you are using a huge TV set. Subtitles or telescope required?

I#'m back on the job marked and was sent a possible job by the JSA, it says I need prove I have the right to work in the UK.
Well I guess being born here is no long valid proof.

My friend who had as triple heart by-pass operation in a private hospital in London in February on the NHS (taken there and back by taxi from Cornwall), tells me today the operation didn't work and she still has a dicky heart.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
GiffGaff. Took my o2 number which was disconnected yesterday morning. 24 later I can make calls and send texts but I can not receive either( if you call it says number not recognised) and my data is H+ so 2 meg max. Main concern is I can not receive 2FA so if it isnt fixed I will lose access to my amazon account eventually. Have had to cancel all my subscriptions just in case and worried about keeping Prime on. I may be over reacting and GiffGaff might fix it but it has major triggered my anxiety

I never use 2FA with mobile number if there is an alternative, I use Microsoft Authenticator with Amazon, Playstation etc I would have thought you would have that setup too?
