Re: Nightmare of a night
Going through the fun of changing the bills from my dad to mine.
Hopefully I'll save some money.
Last to do is Virgin Media, I'm going to drop Sports, Movies & Kids, and try and keep Netflix. Hopefully it will be cheaper than the £149 pm we currently pay.

Make yourself a 'new' customer if the account was in your Dad's name. That's where the best deals are.

Better still, get an existing Virgin customer to 'recommend' you and you'll both get something extra.

Re: Nightmare of a night
Well on Friday the 30th of September I laid my father to rest.
My nephew and niece wrote some lovely words, and my sister wrote some stuff, thanking me for looking after our dad.
After the family went back to my sisters for a drink and food, we bought it in to save the agro and my sisters friend Emma helped in setting it up and ensuring that tea/coffee was on tap and she even cleaned up as she went along.
The start of the day for me was a nightmare as my hamster managed to escape, but later I saw him mooching about the living-room floor, and my I popped home with my nephew and niece and got him back in his cage.
