That is beyond incredible. Don’t you dare consider these updates to be “boring”. Keep them coming!

Wow, Jay that really is quite an amazing transformation. Be really proud of yourself as that is one heck of an achievement.

  | You should be very proud of yourself as it requires great will power and determination to do what you have done.

Part happy, and part selfishly sad - my daughter’s 21st birthday. Happy for her of course, she’s developed in to an amazing woman and thankfully with absolutely none of my negative traits. Come to think of it, none of her mother’s negativity either but that’s a different story. Anyway she’s in a long term relationship, she graduates next year and now she’s 21.
And sad because…what happened to my little baby girl??

Went to see Russell Crowe & The Gentlemen Barbers Indoor Garden Party at the Brudenell Social Club in Hyde Park (Leeds) last night - very small venue, probably about 400 people capacity (and it was full).
Enjoyable, and he has good banter.

Spending a leisurely lunchtime in the local's beer garden with a couple of cool pints on a lovely summers day. Bliss.
