Digital is better as a new format yes but and I know it flies against everything in my heart but with Remasters sometimes the original is better
Return of the Jedis ending is a prime example

 | The Star Wars trilogy is quite an exception to the rule. As for Dude.. He's just here for the attention. Everything he posts is just (to be blunt) drivel.

 | That was more the Saga creater taking things way too far and just doing what he wanted because he could. The fan made despecialized editions are digital restored but leave out nearly all the added and changed scenes.

But getting old films remastered from the original 35mm film can make for a beautiful and stunning looking version. The original Blade Runner Blu Ray was one of the first older films that got a proper scan and remaster and at the time were seen as the best Blu Rays to show off how good a film could look. The colours and details all the way they were meant to be seen.

Picked my son up in the new Clio for the first time yesterday.
Firstly he loves it, it’s only a few years old so much more up to date than the mondeo so he’s chuffed with it, which was vital!

But more importantly my fuel consumption has gone through the floor. In the Mondeo I’d need to spend £120 on diesel to pick him up and bring him home.

In the Clio it only cost £55 to fill up and using Eco mode for the round trip I still have just under half a tank left.

Happy Russ

I've been in quiet mode on Facebook for nearly 2 weeks and planning to do this until September.

I did break it on Monday to post embarrassing pictures of my sister as a pre 10 year old on her page.

When I go back I'm doing a massive cull of the pages I follow (not people).
