Re: Disabling hot keys!!!
Go to the desktop.
Right click anywhere on the desktop screen.
Select Graphics options.
In there, select the Hotkeys and select Disable.

Isn't that when the windows key is pressed (and held) like Shift or ALT ?
Perhaps a Faulty/Stuck key or dodgy keyboard ?

Yes Paul usually it is but when this happens NO KEYS are stuck down....
I have like I said months ago removed all 'Keyboard Accessibility' keys from the reg except 1 that said its active and the other I dont think has anything to do with this..... (I dunno what would happen if I take them out)
As you can see TIMEOUT says its ON all the other ones were not on and I removed them last year sometime........ (Hopefull it would stop this)
Thanks Paul and all!!!

I thought it was the other way around. I didn't use 98 although I seem to remember at the time that people rated it, I went straight to ME and it was pretty sketchy.

Windows Me [Mistake Edition] quickly gained a reputation for being unstable.

Ya I guess it depended on what your ran on it..I knew someone who had ME and had no problems......
I cannot make this happen on purpose dues!!
I press shift 5 times,I hold right shift 8 seconds and nothing....... This happens across multiple keyboards so its not the keyboard...........
Its so aggravating!!
