John and I had both our Covid and Flu boosters on the 21st September.
Hate being classed as vunerable but at least I know we've had them done.

Just had my flu jab done. Felt a bit crappy the day after with the usual sore arm but all cleared up within 48 hours. I will get the Covid one later on. My wife's work's are getting theirs done in November.

It was probably due to the adjuvant.
Adjuvanted Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine▾ (aQIV). This has 2 influenza A inactive viruses, two influenza B inactive viruses and an adjuvant

Yes done that already and they're starting to come round again.... However the cricket world cup has started so thats the next 6 weeks sorted

I got clothes all the way down medium just got a ways to go before the next lot start to fit. Not buying anything new till I have lost a few more stone
