A mysterious power makes you destroy forever either your TV or your Computer (with Internet). Which one do you keep and why?
Since there is nothing but rubbish on TV now,the choice is easy!

As we can access TV via the internet, it's a no-brainer.

have you never had your internet not work, or shouted at iPlayer "I'M NOT IN ANOTHER COUNTRY I'M STILL IN ENGLAND AS I WAS YESTERDAY" but with more swearing
But yeh, it's not very often I watch live TV now, only live sport, but yesterday I was watching Wimbledon on the laptop on iPlayer, but now I'm allowed in the lounge I'm happily watching it on TV.
so I guess TV is going, but I'm not happy about it, and constantly in fear of the light blinking on the router

TV is rubbish if you don’t subscribe to anything but maybe Virgin’s basic package. There’s simply very little that is stimulating to watch on terrestrial TV. Sky is the same.
The streamers are the only ones offering a good choice.
As for which I’d keep, it would be the TV. It provides a big screen and brilliant pictures. I can also get the internet I want on there (via the Amazon Fire stick).

Much more choice on the Intetrnet. I'd get rid of the TV.

Buy an HDMI lead.
All my desktops have HDMI output, as does my work laptop.

Re: TV or Internet? One of them has to go.
I would get rid of the internet and go back to just having a TV and video recorder like I did in the 80s and 90s. I always looked forward to buying a Radio Times and I would search it for interesting stuff to record onto video tape. I was a very keen classical guitarist back then but these days I have just lost interest. I totally blame the internet for that.

One thing you do get with the Internet is too much choice, so sometimes you actually waste time trying to find something good as there is so much to shift through. Same with the endless TV channels.

Not for me, not sure what I would do without it, it's bad enough if I lose access for 30mins.
