See the video, Greek orthodox priests, used extra virgin olive oil from the Mount of Olives, to prepare the Charlie's coronation sacred juice

They gave the full recipe: oil, cinnamon, lemon etc. I did not hear moonshine or cheese to be included

Also, as a Nottingham Forest supporter, an EVOO club, so you should be familiar.

The Guardian thinks so:

Re: Is Charles, the head of the Church of England, Greek orthodox?

What a lot of non-religious people don’t seem to appreciate is that devotion to a certain Christian denomination is not always as rigid as it used to be. Kate Forbes, now possibly the most famous member of the Free Church of Scotland, said herself that she’s only in that church because it’s the local one. I’m minister of a Baptist church but many of my members have been members of other denominations before. Within Western Christianity the fault line is increasingly seen as being between those who are within the community of faith - which can be described rather loosely - and those who are outside. Circular arguments over fine points of tradition and practice are increasingly seen as side issues upon which we can happily agree to differ. Even during my studies for ministry ordination, I usefully read and quoted works by Roman Catholic theologians and even (whisper it, shock horror) a former pope. A mere generation ago in a Scottish Protestant teaching establishment that would have been unthinkable.

Of course in Charlie Farlie’s case there are unique considerations that don’t apply to the likes of us mere mortals, he being Supreme Governor of the Church of England and all that. I doubt very much whether he’s minded to provoke a constitutional crisis by even floating the idea of formally adhering to the Eastern church. But if he draws strength and inspiration from its particular take on Christian tradition and theology he will be doing nothing very different than a great many other British Christians do today.

I was bought up C of E, married a Catholic and had to sign all sorts of waivers. It's basically the same thing really as far as I can see. Still believe non of it, virgin birth my backside , I don't think Joe and Mary were being completely honest.
The 10 commandments are reasonable about not murdering each other or coveting your neighbours Oxs/ iphones. Ditto the pillars of Islam. However it always gets twisted by those that want to cause division/aggro.

Re: Is Charles, the head of the Church of England, Greek orthodox?

Anointing of King Charles at Coronation to be kept hidden from public. The anointing of King Charles at his Coronation will not be shown on television, The Telegraph understands. The most sacred part of the service in May is set to be hidden from the public, as it was for the late Queen's coronation in 1953...Ahah

See the photo, the cape covers everything most of Lilibet...

See my link above, the oil is Orthodox EVOO lol

I do not care, but they are pulling wool over our eyes.

"sacred"?

Really? The man is a tax dodging, entitled, arrogant moron. Nothing sacred about him or his job ...

Obviously.... It does no longer contain whale's vomit ( NO, I did not make this up)

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-fa...l-ingredients/

Telegraph says:

However, in a break with tradition, it does not include any of the controversial animal products traditionally used, such as civet oil and ambergris, popularly known as whale’s vomit.

It was perfumed with essential oils – sesame, rose, jasmine, cinnamon, neroli, benzoin and amber – as well as orange blossom.

The public is concerned:

Leon Chimerek said:

3 in 1 oil would do the job .

Machiavelli said:

Will coronation oil be available in supermarkets shortly and does it improve the flavour of a weekend full English?

Stella Eyres says:

if he has oil poured on him won't he look soggy?

Paul Smith said:

I just hope it’s organic olive oil

John Ward says:

One hopes the most honourable and devoted Blue J Cloth in Waiting will be on hand lest any Holy Oil should dribble down the vestments and ruin the ermine.

Guy Crockatt says:

He's not getting away with it. His subjects can't be privy to it. Maybe because he's got to expose his breasts for anointing. Either Masonic or could be too shocking for some.

Neil Owen says:

Quite - I don't fancy having someone I hardly know dribble a few drops of the best Bertolli down my front; I can do that at home with a pizza and Italian salad accompaniment

These points need to be addressed.

Whale vomit is valued at £40k a kg, it's used to prolong the scent of perfume so it's use was hardly surprising really

The real spoon is bigger than that. I understand that Ann Summers will be selling a vibrating replica soon.
