Yet another scam phone call purporting to be from Bank Security, saying there had been 2 requests for money from our account.

I never answer the phone if the phone doesn't tell me who's calling.

My parents have a service on theirs that answers for them so spam never gets through as they always hang up.
For some reason it's broken when I call, it asks me for my Name then I guess parents get an automated ring saying I called do they want to answer.

I no longer have a house phone since VM decided I no longer need one.We all have our mobiles now.As a consequence I just don't get nuisance calls anymore.Much easier to block idiots on a mobile.

Need to get a pack of wood cutting blades for the saws all. It came with a wood blade but if I only have the one it's guaranteed to break the moment it touches anything. If I get a pack of spares it'll last forever.

The Last of Us PC version.
Possibly the worst optimised game I have ever played. When I can play it. Latest graphics driver and the game crashes. It also crashed on the driver I had before which was 2 versions earlier.
When I can play it I move through the game and then randomly I get a "please wait" notification and the screen freezes and loads to catch up. I am sure this will be fixed in an update and I hope NVidia release a new driver asap. Their last but 1 driver killed Hogwarts Legacy for a large number of people
Been really looking forward to finally playing this game
Edit lots of people on Steam are crashing which is a good thing because it means it is not my end

Back from my first post covid abroad holiday to the Canaries. Back to pot holes, a disintegrating health service, hyper inflation and a nation of ageing non workers... Still at least I'll get a blue passport next year ( made in France), which will be cool I guess.

The poxy age password, I was bored yesterday and watch Legends of the Galaxy, but everytime I filpped to the news ir the next episode I had to enter the password.
Its time OFCOM changed this, I now is to protect kids but 99% of them see far worse on the internet, plus they probably know the code anyway.
Then there are the customers who don't and unlikely to have them in there home.
Surely there should be an opt out option.
