Gaming monitor
Hey everyone,
So I have an Xbox Series X and I want to get the most out of it by buying a gaming monitor. I have £500 to spend and obviously it needs to be 120hz and HDMI 2.1 .
Thank you

Re: Gaming monitor
I bought this one two years ago for a PC, and am very happy with it (I got it from Amazon, but it’s cheaper at Curry’s at the moment).

Re: Gaming monitor
Whu does it need to be a monitor? Many new TVs are 4K HDR with HDMI 2.1 along with VRR and other features.

Maybe he's limited on space? But I agree a TV would be a better option but I don't think you can get VRR at a £500 price point.
The OP hasn't really helped us much.
What screen size?
Why not a TV?
Resolution required if using a monitor?

Re: Gaming monitor
Hahahaha there are fundamental differences between TVs and Monitors especially at the higher end and it is the very reason why they are better for gaming on even if your TV has VRR. Input lag, response times and the higher refresh rates are the main ones. All these make a difference when you are sat closer to the screen which you should be if you bought a monitor over a TV
