Re: Liz Truss [Prime Minister]
She must be about to resign right? It already looked untenable but if she is dodging Parliament then it really is just impossible for her to continue.

Re: Liz Truss [Prime Minister]
According to Downing Street Liz Truss will hold a “reception” with her Cabinet this evening, Downing Street says.
You really could not make this up.

Re: Liz Truss [Prime Minister]
She cannot last the day if she cannot do the most basic parts of her job. Hunt and Mordant just being allowed to audition for the role they failed to get and no one voted for.

She's either defected to the anti growth coalition or decided to slug it out using just her charisma and political nous.

Re: Liz Truss [Prime Minister]
Absolute lame duck PM. Awful person, awful party. However, if Sunak is installed as PM then it might get even worse long term, as the thick electorate will no doubt be duped into voting these bunch of corrupt, lying charlatans in again.

l would not class the electorate as thick as once politicians make fools of the public its likely to result in a fair hammering at the ballot box.

They were duped. You say yourself they were fools. Anyone who voted Johnson in at the last election (after 9 years of Tory austerity and lying) should drop their head in shame.

Honest q btw, can't remember if you're staunch conservative or a floating voter.

Would I vote for a Labour Government?
Not this one.
I most likely wouldn't vote at the next election, or waste it on the Monster Raving Loony Party.
None of the main parties are attractive to me. Unfortunately, all I see now is the Spectre of Brexit. Labour, Tory & LibDem are now all Pro-Remain and will roll over and have their belly tickled by Brussels.
Unfortunately Labour are the only option to for a stable Government right at this moment. It's not an option I like.
