			I’ve just got the email cancelling me order… I suspect it’s due to the useless Wi-Fi pod on my account that never worked.   As the hub 4 I’ve had for about two years.  Would have been nice to 2Gb Ethernet port to connect to my decent router.

 Most let you use your own its just they won't support it if something goes wrong.  yeah when your choice is 1gig virgin or 80Mbps BT that aint gonna happen....it annoys the hell out of me that their premium users are treated like this and dumb mary with a 100Mbps connection who wouldnt know a 2.5gig port if it bit her on the arse gets the latest hub when she would easily use a hub3.....in my opinion VM are a disgrace of a company and the minute another gig provider moves into my area they won't see me for dust.....
