Pork loin chops marinated in a Chinese style* marinade for several hours. Oven broiled. Roasted potatoes and parsnips. Sprouts, leeks and carrot.
*Chinese five spice, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Shaoxin rice wine.
