Yes indeed some of Bigfoot's ip addresses are listed in sorbs. This is not Bigfoot's fault, somehow Sorbs decided to block the entire ip range of our provider. Our tech staff are working this out with sorbs together with our provider.

Sheka, currently we are diverting mails for NTL to our other machines not blocked at NTL, so there should not be any problems with receiving your Bigfoot mails.

If NTL is using sorbs as a blacklist, then it should not be a "450" error message. NTL might be sending out the wrong error message or theres something else that is causing the problem.
