Definitely. As nice as the hotel is, I don't really feel comfortable. At least the new solicitor knew what she was doing. It took her a week to do what it took the other one 2 months to fail at doing. Absolute waste of space he was.

Good luck with the move

Just finished a chunk of "C" code firmware for a client and have been authorised to put in my invoice. Several thousand pounds so that's the bills covered for quite a while without having to raid savings.
He's happy and wants me to do some more on the project. Handy as this is all done from home as I have a piece of the hardware on the bench to work on.

 | It's not me paying the legal bill, if it was me I would ask for a discount at a minimum. I certainly know which firm to avoid should I ever need one to handle a property sale/purchase though.

Any complaints should go to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Document all comms at the very least.

For 30 years I’ve been a fan of Have I Got News For You and always wanted to get to be in the audience.
Today I’ve just received an email to say I’ve been chosen to be in the virtual online audience on the 29th of next month
Only taken me over quarter of a century….

Using the last of my holidays - a 2 week staycation and the sun's out not a breath of wind. Shorts on, a few beers in the fridge for later and nothing to do except sit back and relax and enjoy the feeling that things are starting to look up for this year.
