Home made sausage rolls: Butchers choice sausagemeat and ready rolled puff pastry.
The rest of the meat will make my special variation of pigs in blankets tomorrow: Pucks of meat wrapped in pancetta secured with a tooth-pick

Welsh leg of lamb later with roast parsnips, roast carrots, roast potatoes, sprouts with bacon, boiled spuds, red and white cabbage and cauliflower.
Home-made apfelstrudel and custard after that.
Large bottles of Leffe Ruby and Blonde chilling for tipples.
