It could be argued that he took a successful growing economy he inherited from Obama and through mismanagement of Covid, turned the economy into reverse.
All that being said, I think he's permanently reframed the relationship with China and the likes of Huawei will not have an easy time under Biden. Ironically, for someone who wanted to focus on the US, his successes are probably more on the foreign policy front.

The man himself is hiding in his basement (Hiden Biden) because he is a stumbling wreck at words and memory. His campaign team are hiding him because of this. Maybe but how many undecided voters are left. Biden has been taking this approach all campaign.

So in Texas in 2016 there were no early/absentee votes, but 4 years later there’s near half a million? Not suspect at all.

Several states have made it easier to vote early from allowing postal votes to having longer early voting periods.

Besides they're expecting record turnout across the country and across demographics.

Data does not exist for young voters in PA and TX as of this date in 2016.

In every state we’re tracking, the number of absentee and early votes cast as of October 21, 2020, is far higher than at the same date in 2016. That’s to be expected, given the greater emphasis on mail-in voting this year due to the pandemic. Still, the numbers are especially dramatic in a state like Texas, where at least 490,000 young people have already cast ballots. Moreover, in Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, early votes cast by youth have already exceeded the 2016 margin of victory in each state.

Also, early voting in 2016 in Texas didn’t start until October 24th - it’s earlier this year due to the epidemic.

Laudable an aim as it is, it's probably too late to investigate the 2016 election data for Texas.
