This could also run into the international rights minefield. If Sky transmits the matches unencrypted they become viewable to all of Western Europe, treading on the toes of rights holders in other countries that haven't had any restrictions lifted.

My White Hall Source say that government may reveal "Lock Down" in the UK and N. Ireland as soon as Friday (March 13th).
I have just been told "more information to be given out by government on Friday."
