Yeah it looks dodgy. I think i found that link originally just before xmas and when i was talking to a friend about it a couple of weeks ago i still couldnt find any updated info. If it had been renewed in December five months later word would have spread and everyone would know about it.

wouldn't surprise me if it is true but you have got to take it with a pinch of salt because I do not believe the report ratings of 5.6m viewers per week is accurate. Everything I have seen has it around the 3m mark for season 1 and 2.

I hate it when companies spin information like that to their own advantage, hopefully the advertisers are more intelligent and do their own fact finding. The season premiere figures are a one-off and are not indicative of the entire season by any means.

The problem is that Fox is the worst network for cancelling good series and/or scifi series so nothing is guaranteed. Hopefully Seth McFarlane has had a sit down with them and told them he has got a 5 or 7 year plan like with the other Star Trek series. The fact that it has been renewed for a third season gets him half way their.
