Upgraded online
I've taken an offer to move from 200mb BB to 350mb BB online yesterday getting an email today saying it was all setup.
however I've reset the modem a few times and speed net says 200mb still.
Does it take a few days or is there something else I need to do?

Re: upgraded online
in the old days it used to take up to 48 hours but sometimes it is instantaneous. I would try again tomorrow morning and if it hasn't come through I would give them a ring and someone can do it immediately over the phone. You can tell whether it has gone through or not regardless of a speed test result by looking at your provisioned speed in the shub's config. This is the config for 350mbits, 400 down and 22 up:
You might find it reboots overnight and downloads the new config. If not, try a manual reboot tomorrow morning pulling the power cable out and putting it back in and if it doesn't come down then make a phone call.

Re: upgraded online
Even though you received the firmware update today which would have required a reboot, it is independent of the provisioning state so if you still haven't got it you need to make a quick phone call. The requested re-tier should be on your account so somebody just needs to push it through.

Re: upgraded online
How much "admin charge" did they ask for this "several clicks on a keyboard" update? For me they are still demanding £65!

Taf ring retentions never do it online, you will get a far better deal.

Seeing as they are offering an upgrade from 200 to 350 for 15p a month, I was tempted until I saw the £65 fee!

Re: Upgraded online
I also took the offer to upgrade online from 200mbps to 350mbps yesterday at around 3pm or so and i'm still waiting even after the confirm emails.
I'll wait a day or so for it to be set up and if not finished by Sunday i'm gonna give them a phone.
Quite pleased as it's a healthy 150mbps boost and it only cost me a quid!

Have you turned off the Hub3 for 30 seconds and on again?

Re: Upgraded online
Yeah, twice in the last 24 hours. Trying again at midnight tonight and then it's phone call time.
