Just what I was thinking! Threads like these need to be avoided when spoilers are not used or being to far behind before someone accidently ruins it for someone else.
I was talking to somebody at work about this the other day and we were discussing who our favourite character is, what we want to see happen next season and who we think is going to die. As much as we would all like a happy ending with Kahleesi or Jon Snow on the throne we know it isn't going to happen. The bad guys always seem to come out on top and given the war with the white walkers that is about to happen and then presumably with Cersei, I imagine Kingslanding and the other kingdoms inbetween are going to be reduced to rubble and I can see everyone dying and Cersei ending up on the iron throne but ironically ruling over a nation of rubble.
I wouldn't normally do this but given it is an amazing series and the final season I thought everyone would be excited to know the runtimes of the episodes. They have been confirmed as follows:

Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 14 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 0:54
Season 8, episode 2
Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 21 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 0:58
Season 8, episode 3
Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 28 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1:22
Season 8, episode 4
Debut date: SUNDAY, MAY 5 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1:18
Season 8, episode 5
Debut date: SUNDAY, MAY 12 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1:20
Season 8, episode 6
Debut date: SUNDAY, MAY 19 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)

I am disappointed with the first two eps, I was hoping they were all going to be 1hr 30 mins long. Expect ads galore, I wouldn't be surprised if in the US the 1hr 20min eps were stretched out to 2hrs with ads.
HBO knows we're not quite ready to say goodbye to Game of Thrones.
The premium cable network announced on Wednesday its plans to air a two-hour documentary on the TV series' final season, one week after the show's epic finale. Game of Thrones: The Last Watch will take viewers behind the scenes of GOT, as British filmmaker Janie Finlay spent a year with the cast and crew chronicling the creation of the series' grueling final season.
