I had not yet tried that, but decided to ring anyway and hope they didn't have to change my box.

Fortunately, they managed to fix it remotely - didn't even need a technician to call!

I don't know exactly what they did. All I know is that 14 of my HD channels were still pixellating as they have been for a couple of weeks now, and when I checked again after the call, all of them were clear. So unless it was an uncanny co-incidence, they must have done something.

Fingers crossed it doesn't come back again!!
