Baked caramelised onion and pork sausages. Home made onion gravy with rosemary and balsamic vinegar. Mash and peas.

Rump steaks griddled medium-rare with mushrooms and onion. Oven chips and beer battered onion rings. Peas. Tomato and bearnaise sauces.
