Samsung and the picture to the right?

Right (no pun!), we had a new Samsung stuck in a week last Friday.

I was pleased! Everything went swimmingly for a while - ish. As ever with digital, the parts of the picture on all sides were missed off.

Within the last few days, however, the picture has veered to the right - so much so, the Sky One logo is in the middle!

It's the same with every channel. I've fiddled with every setting in the normal menu, rebooted, done a forced reset.

Anybody got any ideas? It's silly now, I don't want to have to bother Faults!

Re: Samsung and the picture to the right?

mine did that phoned cs they got 2 level to phone back ( they DID )
goto guide, settings , vid , and change the screen format to any thing , hit the tv button, goto guide, settings, vid, set to screen format you require, hit tv button , then unplug mains lead , wait the required time and plug back in .
its a known fault the stb does not store the picture format correctly

if all else fails cs is your friend
