			Has anyone on here used Cat 7 Cabling for their network or Internet connection? 
 
All i can seem to find is the flat cable?

			I imagine all flat cables are patch cables unless they specifically say crossover cable.

			Patch cables are the norm, cross over cables were primary used for PC to PC without a router/hub etc.
