1) From the reports - it does seem to be a proper channel so I guess you can record

2) The coverage is being simulcast on SD and HD channels

Talking Pictures (Channel 445) is three years old on Saturday (May 26th)

Also from May 26th:

Sky Cinema Family will be known as Sky Cinema Animation until June 10th.

Sky Cinema Hits will be known as Sky Cinema Pirates of the Caribbean - TiVo has confirmed end date will be on June 2nd.

Agreed.

If you are thinking of recording UHD, you'd better make sure you have plenty of space available because you won't have much left when it's finished!

That was the point of doing it - to see exactly how much space it takes.

I also want to see if the down scaled picture is better than HD picture.

I'm guessing it might be red button as well though, else what would Tivo/V Box customers see?
