Re: Favorite Scrooge / adaptation of A Christmas Carol
The Kelsey Grammar version was an absolute stinker.

Oh and the best version of Christmas Carol was a black and white line drawn animated version that came out in the 80s.

Re: Favorite Scrooge / adaptation of A Christmas Carol
Alistair Sim - although there is a horrible colourised version that should be avoided.
Mrs K is very fond of the 1970 musical version, but she doesn't get a vote

Yes the one with Albert Finney in was a pretty good film.

Re: Favorite Scrooge / adaptation of A Christmas Carol
Definitely the Alister Sim one. I do have the colourised version on DVD and it's not that bad.
For those interested it's on CH5 at 9:20 am on Christmas day. Well worth a watch.
