The new version of code for the V6 box is currently in pilot. Not everyone will have it yet and there isn't any way to force getting it.

Overall I think the V6 is a fine bit of kit, but the Eco Savings and Netflix problems do need fixing quickly. Hopefully the new code will address these issues.

BenMcr, is there any talk about these new remotes for the V6?I had mine replaced as we had to 'squeeze' the old one to get it to work properly.
Now the replacement is starting to misbehave in the same way.

Couldn't see anywhere to post about faults specifically, so I thought I'd post it here.
Every time I've gone to use BBC iPlayer in the past week or so, the programme starts with sound (and even subtitles) but no picture. This is through the last weeks catch up menu and the iPlayer app.

 Any else experienced any problems?

 | Seriously, this is an issue that needs resolving. Have you contacted Customer Services?

It's unlikely you will have any recording clashes as you have extra tuners.
Because the V6 doesn't have an independent Internet feed it's dependant on your regular modem/router. This can be problematic.

I was worried I might have problems, but they haven't transpired as yet.

 | I suppose if you're unlucky enough to have a pants internet connection then you could have some issues.

It's good to read multi-room streaming seems to be OK, that was one of the big issues we had with the old TiVo and when VM broke the performance we jumped ship.

More than happy with SkyQ but will be checking out our options in 6 months and you never know we could well be back.

Cheers
