My post should have been in the Russian ambassador thread not this one so I've deleted it.
Yes, it will be interesting to find out but it seems to share the MO of various French attacks carried out by 'IS sympathisers' and if it is, was the Turkey assassination attack just a coincidence.

I have no problem with genuine refugees they should be given safe haven.

Of course not! But that is exactly what ISIS has done by causing the refugee crisis in their small part. They are by no means stupid and do have a hidden agenda.

They have detained the driver, who security sources reportedly say is an Afghan or Pakistani asylum seeker.
He arrived in Germany in February as a refugee, the DPA news agency said.
The daily Tagesspiegel said the man was known to the police for minor crimes, but not terror links.

Your 2 sentences are contradictory: the first says that I welcome genuine refugees but the second says I welcome none as I cannot tell which one of them, from the hundreds of thousands is the terrorist.

The bigger, ongoing unsolvable problem is that even the ones that aren't terrorists or violent in any way, can change into being a terrorist or produce kids that are terrorists. There is no end to it.

Correct and the fact that a) existing born and bred 'citizens' can be/become terrorists/murders and b) we can't keep everyone out aren't reasons for not being much more careful about whom we choose admit into our society and the freedom/rights we offer them.

Live Berlin market attack: driver still at large after "wrong man arrested"
German police believe they arrested the wrong man over the Berlin terror attack and the real culprit could still be at large, a German newspaper has claimed, adding the real perpetrator could be armed and dangerous.
German media reported first that Baluch was denying responsibility for the attack and later - citing senior police sources - that he was the wrong man. This has not been officially confirmed.

Re: Likely terrorist attack in Berlin
They're still not sure. If it is the wrong man then he has already been named along with loads of other information.
