Unwanted porn emails
I have suddenly started to receive a lot of porn emails lately? Anyone else had this problem?

Re: Unwanted porn emails
I've started to receive them too but I've just added them to my "block user" list and deleted them. It is strange though that we have suddenly started to receive them and I hope Virgin Media are checking their filters to ensure that they are working properly.

Best joke i've heard in ages. VM's filters keep moving legit emails into the spam folder for me and no matter how many times I mark them as not spam a few days later back in they go.

Hopefully, one of the mods will see this thread and pass on our concerns to Virgin Media.

I like your optimism
This has been on-going ever since VM had to leave the Google Mail platform, for about 8 or 9 months now?
There are many, many posts on the official VM Help Forum, and it seems most are just abandoning VM as a mail platform.
It beggars belief that after so long the excuse of "our mail filters are still being trained" is trotted out in the Forums as an answer.
The funny thing is, at least in my own case, is it's only my Primary account that is subject to the spam fest, and the others are not.
Despite marking many emails as Spam and vicea versa for the last 9 months, it still gets it all wrong.
And yes, I'm in the process of moving as much email from VM to another email system as I can.
Rant over .............

Came onto this forum to post pretty much the same thing. Pretty annoying to receive this rap and genuine e-mails go to Spam. Seem to think one was from VM themselves !
