A new Freeview channel called Blaze is being launched by A&E soon, so perhaps this may find its way here at some point??

And, don't know if its been mentioned here or not, but Ch4 are launching a kids channel supposedly on all platforms soon and Sky are also bringing out a kids channel too, it already exists in on demand form.

Well we are in mid summer now so they better start doing it pretty quickly.

I heard about Channel 4 Kids last week but nobody on here had heard of it. Noticed it's started popping up on Wiki pages about upcoming summer channel launches in the UK. My wee boy will be chuffed.

Doesn't look like SKY Sports Mix is launching next week.
http://www.skysports.com/golf/news/1...s-from-july-11
"Later in the summer, Sky is launching a brand new sports channel - Sky Sports Mix - bringing a range of great moments from some of the world's biggest sporting events to all its TV customers in the UK and Ireland at no extra cost."

Has anyone heard any more about the new TiVo box or what kind of box they are going to be releasing?

Just tried today's premiere Mission Impossible Rogue Nation via On Demand and the audio is excellent hopefully we'll see this on all the new titles added.
Before the audio had very little punch in my opinion and was generally poor so I'm happy to see this improvement.

The Blu-Ray of that film has Dolby Atmos and on my Atmos system it was truly amazing.
Some streaming apps now offer Atmos sound, obviously not at the bit rates of Blu-Ray or 4K UHD Blu-Ray but it can still sound pretty awesome, hopefully Sky will introduce it to their service.

Agreed Blu Ray audio is generally excellent my current kit isn't capable of Atmos however I may upgrade in the future.
I read a while back that Sky were looking to introduce Atmos in the future so who knows we could well see it.
At the moment I'm just happy that the audio has improved as let's be honest it was generally poor before.

It's not testing yet, does anybody know how long VM test channels off the EPG before launching them?
I think it's two weeks with Sky.
