Just had a look at the TruTV listings....For me, there is not much there to be excited about, but for those who like that kind of stuff, it's good to see VM doing something...If only it was in HD eh? lol

It'll be interesting to see if truTV goes into the M package.
Originally all channels available on Freeview went into this package, but this wasn't the case with 'Home'.

I had feared that you were toying with joining Chad and his dark master... but I'm pleased you're licking your lips in appreciation of the treats in store for you.
But more seriously - after a couple of years of austerity, I think that VM's channel buyer has been given the keys back to his/her cheque book and things are really looking up on both VoD and channels.

lol, I don't think that channel will be in HD on any platform for a long, long time. Not my cup of tea, but I know some forum members like Arthurgray will appreciate this channel whilst others will appreciate having HD for the sport on S4C.

I'm willing VM's acquisitions manager lots of positive energy and it's working a treat. Now I just need to do the same for the people that actually switch the channels on.
* (I'd better add "except a price rise" before someone else does.)

Customer services ain't going to tell you any pricing plans until they are told to do over possible future happenings Andrew as they are under strict NDA's until they are told otherwise.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin Media TV (2016) Vol 2
l never called you a liar if you listened to me as l said customer services staff are under strict NDA's so if someone has told you something then they should not be doing it and if they get found out they are highly likely to lose their job.

Have you ever worked in a customer service environment? I worked for O2 when the I phone was been released, we were briefed on the handset but we're not able to say anything about it. So I think that the person that you spoke to may have been spinning a yarn.

Heres a novel idea why not just wait until VM decide to put the information in the public domain.

It was because you said customer services never reveal pricing plans. I remember the iPhone launches on o2 are not easy to deal with. iPhone 6 they messed up the launch till 4pm and iPad Pro launched without insurance

Well to be honest if it wasn't for this forum we would have truly been the last to know
