70M : 30M What's going on?

Hi,

I see on Virgin Media's homepage that the lowest package is 50M, so why have they kept me stuck on a 30M package? I was expecting a speed upgrade by now, but dealing with terminally ill relative last couple of years means I didn't keep track of this. I'm paying £29.40 a month at the mo.

Do I need to request a new superhub, to get a speed increase?

No, you just need to call them up, thats all

yeah, tbh you are paying way too much the tier you are on and a quick call t customer services should get you banged up to 100mbits+ in a jiffy.
