Should I upgrade

I currently have the Superhub with Vivid 100mb and I am satisfied.
VM have just sent me an email to say my Vivid 150mb is waiting for me.

Should I go for it or just ignore it?

Sorry to bother the forum but I took Tivo without checking with you first, and I am now stuck with it.
TIA

Re: Should I upgrade

Unless they're offering it for the same money stay with what you have if you're happy. Remember that changing you package restarts a 12 month contract.

Re: Should I upgrade

as JB said, it is win win. All you have got to do is sign into myvirginmedia and click the upgrade button and in a couple of days they will send a new config down to the shub for 150mbits. It is free and you should go for it. All existing customers are being offered a free upgrade and many have already done so over the last 6 months. In January I went from 150 up to 200.

Re: Should I upgrade

Thanks GM and others, I will have a bash at it then, just a bit nervous after getting stitched up with the Tivo box.

Re: Should I upgrade

I upgraded a few months ago and can confirm it won't add to your contract or cost you anything.
