Sky Sports and Sky Movies Online Viewing Quality

Anyone else have a problem trying to watch Sky Sports and Sky Movies online using your Virgin account? I never get a good quality picture even though I have 152Mb broadband connected direct to router. Also when the video quality is good (and bad) picture is very jerky.

I wonder if its because it's running on my iMac, not sure if it's related but seem to remember it being ok before updating to OS X El Capitan?

Windows 10 has both the new browser "edge" and internet explorer, just search for it
