200 downloads capped since Christmas Day

Is anyone else experiencing capped downloads?

I have a max of 6mb/s download since Christmas day.

Ive rebooted hub and Router and still the same, speed test say i have 211mb but only 6mb/s i can get downloading anywhere.

What are you downloading and from where? The servers you are downloading from may not be capable of more than 6MB (48mb). Not many servers can do the full whack. Even with a really good torrent it is not often I see the full 26.4MB (211Mb). Have you tried a speed test that relies upon file downloads rather than 'Flash' technology. http://testmy.net/download. This tester has a download server in the UK. It won't give you the full 26MB but will smash your 6MB ceiling, unless you actually do have a problem. I got 20MB just now. You can set London as your default server. I got 26.1MB on that.
