People don't tend to change clothes, shower, bathe or go to the toilet in a train carriage...

I'm not aware of any..

There are "Chinese only" trains due to cultural differences with Europeans (link) , so why not women only? But thinking about it, this might not be necessary, if we arm the train guards (link)

We can always give Corbyn credit for the above fine ideas.

Taunton Train Station Facilities:

There is a women-only waiting room on platform 5

Cambridge Railway Station:

Not even sure if they are still there but when they were introduced, I can't remember any fuss being made in the media

We do have a unisex open air toilet in London's Soho. I should know as l have used it myself, and it quite amusing when a woman comes along and uses the one next to you.
