Spot on good sir. I have 150mb and at peak barely meet 10mb. I'm told I have a utilisation problem I'm given a reference number but in order to get a refund I have to call up every month even though they know it's a problem!

Rather than gimmicks and headlines why not provide the service they promise currently

I phoned up the first month and after i went back on the VM forums the mod put a note on my account to give me a discount until the review date in September, my bill has been £0 for two months
