free upgrade from 60 to 100

Hi All

I logged into my virgin media account and was being offered a free upgrade to 100mb.
I had a look around on the offer and could not see any mention if this will lock me into a new contract so I went ahead and ordered.

Now I'm wondering if I made a mistake. Will this enter me into a new contact term?

I also have a Superhub 1, god knows why VM still issue those, I asked for a replacement one ages ago due to overheating and was shocked to see they sent me another SH1

I had the free upgrade from 20 to 50 actioned through the website on my account and that didn't involve a new contract so I think you'll be OK.

SH1's OK in modem mode, rubbish otherwise. Mine seems to run cool enough.

I believe they only issue SH1s for packages below 100
