It's red onion for me - bought some which are soooo sweet and mild I've been putting them in everything including my sandwiches. I know they make my breath stink but I can't help it.

It's got a nice kick to it, but I add a little of my Smoking Ed's Carolina Reaper powder to it.
750g of real Scotch Bonnet chillies have arrived from Jamaica via Bristol. A few going into a Turkey chilli, the rest are going into my dehydrator to make powder.
Beware of the backdraught .......
Oh, and it's salmon fillets for later.
