Of course they don't have the Champions League and Europa League come the start of the new football season so is it worth it?.

Sky prices go up. They lose champions league coverage.Yet
 1. 1/4 million extra customers
 2. sales up to 8.4 billion
 3. profits up 20% to 1 billion
 3. company worth 19 billion

I am confused. They must be doing something right elsewhere. Or they are doing a Tesco.

l certainly would like to see a real breakdown of their figures as one suspects most of their new customers in this country have come from Now TV and thus they have added them on to their main customer numbers to make it look better then it really is.

The subscription increase hadn't been implemented for those results , clearly bringing new products for additional revenue streams on both the Now TV and satellite side is paying dividends.

I have a NowTV subscription, 3 months free, from a chromecast offer.

I bet you £50 they count me in those subscriber numbers even though i've never given them a penny.

 | Of course you'll be counted , that's no different from any other provider your considered a subscriber until you cancel and I'm sure BT will include those on its free TV proposition.

Don't VM include those subscribers on its M TV package ?

Sky made a smart move with Now TV.

Did a survey a couple of months back for VM, specifically on Season Pass. Can't remember them all (or even that many to be truthful) but one of the options was a Season Pass for £250 for all football for 18 months. Honestly can't remember if it was Sky only (probably was). There were other options for (say) 9 months with 3 months free. I expect we'll hear something about July ready for next season.
