TV Anywhere on a website

I have been having problems for the last couple of months and approx. 6 weeks ago I could not set a program to record on the Sky Sports or Movies HD channels as the website / system seems to think I do not have the "Sky Premium packages".

It was logged as a fault for me and about a month later they have now said it is a "known issue" and there is no telling how long it will take to resolve.

Just want to know if anyone has the same issue or if could try and set a recording to see what happens.

I am on the Big Daddy package.

Did they give you a reference number for this known issue?

Re: TV Anywhere on a website

I've just set a HD recording for tonight's Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid match and also one for the film Belle both starting at 7:00pm. Both showed up immediately in My Planned Recordings.

---------- Post added at 19:02 ---------- Previous post was at 18:51 ----------

A follow-up to confirm both recordings started as planned though I will be cancelling the film as it's not one I will be watching.

Might be worthwhile pointing out I am also on the Big Daddy package.

Don't worry, I've found it. P006467883

It's under investigation, but there isn't any forecast for when it'll be resolved.

Yes, same reference I have

Out of interest how did you find the number as I was told it was internal and there was no way for me to track what was happening
