Some unkind people could also refer to it as a 'rip-off' maybe?

How difficult is it for VM to contact people that the price has changed for their current package an inform them of the details of the changes to the package?

Its all swings and roundabouts, I am very happy with being on the old Essential Family collection, could not care less about 152Mb broadband, getting this collection + Talk Unlimited for £50.69 plus line rental |

 | That would involve caring. Which is something VM don't seem to do sadly.

I will call them when it's nearly time, but do you think they will let me have another one or will I have to pay the normal price until I'm eligible for another loyalty discount. I have been with VM for 5years and been on their top VIP package for about 3, so I'm paying them a fair bit each month |

 | Worse thing is PB that as far as I am aware neither the package or price has changed with the exception of the Feb price rise (which increased the bundle price too) so I would be interested to know the difference between the "old" and "new" Big Kahuna bundles. Maybe Ben would be kind enough to shed some light on the difference?

Be an interesting conversation that one though - "Please can I upgrade my Big Kahuna bundle from the old version to the new version". Be funny to see what the CS advisor would say to that! |

Spike programs aren't available on VM catchup if people thought they could watch them that way, they aren't alone though.https://help.channel5.com/hc/en-gb/a...e-on-Demand-5- |

Maybe this report will convince Virgin to add Spike to our listings!http://www.mediaweek.co.uk/article/1...s-launch-night
Spike UK beats Sky Living with 89,000 average viewers on launch night
 by Gurjit Degun

Spike UK, the new Viacom channel, launched last night and attracted an average of 89,000 viewers - a 0.67 per cent share of the overall audience.

Spike also outperformed fellow free-to-air channels including Drama, the UKTV channel, which had an average audience share of 0.6 per cent on Wednesday night (15 April).

The launch of Spike will be the first time that popular crime drama Breaking Bad will be aired in its entirety on British TV. It was shown between 11pm and 12am, and Spike said it had a 2.7 per cent audience share of 16- to 34-year-olds. It attracted 97,000 viewers on average; a 1.2 per cent share of the audience.

The new channel will also air new series of The Walking Dead as well as British content, including Police Interceptors Unleashed, a show about extreme police car chases fronted by the actor and ex-footballer, Vinnie Jones.

Spike is already a channel in the US.

The free-to-air channel beat pay-TV brands such as Sky Living, which attracted a 0.66 per cent share on average, and Sky Atlantic which took 0.33 per cent of the audience.
 haha brilliant

Sky should let VM have Atlantic (at a reasonalble price, of course) to improve the dismal figure of 0.33%. It could also make the chanel more valuable in terms of advertising revenue to be gained from it.

 | Viewing numbers mean nothing to our household as we like what we like irrelevant to any viewing numbers.
